We are very pleased to announce the signing of the cooperation agreement with HMG Extrusions, Austria and REFEC Extrusions, Malaysia. All three partners complement each other’s resources in an optimal way.

HMG and MECANOR are both engineering and marketing companies, which shall in this new cooperation combine and share their world wide distribution network. REFEC is licensed to manufacture selected MECANOR’s products approved and controlled by Mecanor under name MECANOR.

MECANOR has since mid 1970’s supplied its products to more than 50 countries and is one of the pioneers in belling machine technology. MECANOR’s core experience and know how today focus on socketing/belling, ring insertion and packaging technologies, which for its part is fully complementary to HMG/REFEC’s product range. We, MECANOR, are now able to offer whole production lines to pipe and profile manufacturers at very attractive prices. HMG/REFEC extrusions and MECANOR shall also cooperate in exploiting their additional, common resources with regard to existing products and production know how and R&D.

The target of this agreement with HMG/REFEC is to ensure, that we are able to maintain the competitive edge, which further contributes to increased world wide market share. And still more importantly our bettered service resources from marketing till commissioning and after sales shall benefit our customers by assisting them in quick start-up of their production and immediate “first aid” in troubleshooting.
